Make sure you get completed set which is contain the tube, rubber bulb and 3 size rubber ring. There 2 head with different color in the rubber bulb. One for suck the air and the other is for pushing air out.

Apply Dhob oil in your penis. Then, push the center of rubber ring into make it recessed and flat.

Position the head of the penis against the center rubber ring and hold the penis tube firmly with one hand, while beginning to pump with the other hand.

Squeeze the rubber bulb to pump the air out from the tube, thereby creating suction. Push the air release as soon as the penis enlarges by 3cm. or when no further air can be pumped out of the tube. repeat this procedure for 10 minutes one a day, every day.
